How long does it take to get my products into my store?
We will strive to get you set up and selling within 5 working days.
Can I use my own logo on the signature bag labels?
Yes, all you need is your logo in one of the following formats:
- Hi-resolution, minimum 300dpi.
Do I need to order a full pallet to start off with?
No, you can start with as little as one bag if you wish to do so.
Are there any set up costs to implement my own brand?
No, you pay only for the products you order, plus delivery.
What are your delivery charges?
- Standard Pallet Delivery – £43 (+VAT)..
- Delivered within 72 hours of dispatch.
- Next Day Delivery – £63 (+VAT).
- Order must be placed before 12pm for same day dispatch, subject to availability.
- Next Working Day Parcel Delivery – from £6.60.
- If your order is less than a 7 parcel consignment (1x12kg bag or 2xouters per parcel), we will dispatch your order via our parcel courier network at the corresponding cost.
We will strive to ensure that the cheapest and most appropriate method of delivery will be used.
How do I track my orders?
Palletised deliveries can be tracked by calling the office, we will do our best to track your pallet for you. If your order is dispatched via our parcel delivery network, you will be able to track your order with the couriers automated SMS service (a mobile number will have to be provided for this service).
How does the PERO REWARD POINTS scheme work?
This is our way of saying thank you for ordering with us online. In return, our loyalty reward points will give you £40 for every £1,000 you spend with us (to be redeemed against Pero and/or Truline branded products. Worth up to £115 RRP* to you.

Is there a discount available for paying for my order immediately?
Yes, we will give you a 2% discount for early payment with order.
Do you accept credit/debit card payments? If so, do you apply any surcharges for using my card as payment?
Yes, we do accept credit/debit card payments, we do not apply any charges for using cards as payment.
What do I do if I have received any damaged goods?
Please ensure you take photographs of the damaged goods and make a note on the delivery drivers consignment notes. Then, call the office or your account manager, we will do our best to promptly deal with the issue.
