Terry attracted me to the Signature Range, but don’t tell him that! Sometimes you need to make changes within the business and although it took time to make that change it works great. I have faith in the company to make a quality product whilst keeping prices sensible and giving the back up and support where needed.
The process of aquiring our own brand was straight forward. As you work with the product you can find small things that you would perhaps want to change but it is only a phone call/email to sort out.
Customers from the very beginning were happy about the products, and like the concept of having a great quality product at a sensible price. Customer retention and loyalty has been very good from day 1.
Our own brand has essentially kept the business afloat. It has better margins than any other food we sell and once you work out which of the products are your best sellers you can tailor your orders accordingly.”
